Welcome! I’m Tom, a Freelance Senior Production Director and Manager specialising in creating memorable event experiences for brands and agencies. From initial concept to final delivery, I oversee all aspects of event production, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with client objectives. With strong skills in team coordination, budget management, and creative collaboration, I bring events to life that engage audiences and leave a lasting impact.
Working directly with Silverstone, I led a dedicated team through every stage of the project, from initial concept development to final delivery. I was responsible for overseeing the design, décor, and fit-out of all five enclosures, ensuring each space met the highest standards of quality and functionality. This included coordinating with suppliers, managing timelines, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to bring the vision to life seamlessly.
Working with TBA and 1664 Blanc, we crafted an experience that reflected the brand’s refined identity while embracing the free-spirited energy of Wilderness Festival. The challenge was to create an environment that was both visually iconic and emotionally resonant, providing immersive storytelling and organic opportunities for content creation.
Working with Velocity, we developed fan zone activations from concept to delivery at the British, Mexican, Austin, and Las Vegas Formula 1 Grand Prix events. At the Las Vegas Grand Prix, we brought the Paramount+ experience to life with a high-energy sports pub activation located in the heart of the F1 Fan Zone, just steps from the iconic Sphere.
Working with Velocity, we helped orchestrate the event, leaning on our technical expertise, and accompanied the organisation in designing the event site, advising on key event infrastructure to deliver the paddock, event production compound, hospitality and fan zone areas.
Working with Scene2, we designed a series of immersive environments deep underground at the Tower of London for a live-action theatrical experience based on the Gunpowder Plot. The production featured live actors integrated with cutting-edge technology, including volumetric holographic projections, VR, motion simulators, 360° audio, temperature control, and olfactory stimulation. This complex project utilised a wide range of theatrical production skills, from metalworking and carpentry to scenic painting and fibreglass modelling, creating a fully immersive sensory journey for the audience
Working with TBA and Poretti, the premium Italian beer from Lake Como, took center stage at Taste of London 2024 with an immersive activation. A two-storey Italian villa featured live grill demos by chefs Gennaro Contaldo and Simon Stallard, alongside a bar serving perfectly paired Poretti. The rooftop terrace offered stunning views of Regent’s Park, bringing authentic Italian hospitality to London.
Working with BDnetwork, we drew inspiration from Campari’s iconic Spiritello poster by Leonetto Cappiello. Our concept was to create a bar embodying the poster’s famous ‘orange peel’ helix, designed to appeal to our audience and seamlessly fit within prestigious locations like Somerset House.
Working with Scene2 in April 2023, the juice brand Tropicana installed a giant bouncy bed at King's Cross station in London as a stunt to promote the brand and lighten people's mood during their commute.
